Simplifying Envelopes
Most people don’t know that they can use the computer, printer and Microsoft office to address all of their envelopes for them. This is one of the best things that you can use Microsoft office for, at least in my opinion. I actually have a very strong love of mail merge and I am always trying to think of more ways to utilize this powerful feature. For those of you who don’t know, that is the name of this process. Basically you make a list of all of your guests information in Microsoft Excel. The next thing you do is cycle this all through a template you set of in Microsoft Word. Where to Buy Envelopes
The last time you went to the office supply store you noticed that there really isn’t a large variety of envelopes there. You began to wonder to yourself where you can find some envelopes that have patterns on them and in different colors. It’s not as if you can go to the envelopes store, or can you? All you need to do is take a little hop online and type envelopes into your search engine, maybe even colored envelopes. This should bring you to a wealth of envelopes to pick from you might even find a 5 x 7 envelope. If only you could see them in person before making a decision. This is the only problem when shopping online. Of course you may be able to buy just a sample, but you will probably have to wait for a long time before you get it. There may be some art stores that carry what you want, but probably not with the same variety and low cost.
