Starting a Gluten Free Diet

If you are interested in trying to make your own gluten free products at home, there are a number of excellent sources for gluten free recipes. They include support groups for disorders like Celiac disease. You may find excellent lists of products to avoid, and there is usually feedback about which recipes have the best chance of turning out and which are more complicated than others. Another great place to look for help in starting a gluten free diet is the Internet. There are a wide range of sites and blogs out there that provide plenty of free material, including help on getting started eating gluten free, gluten free recipes, and tips for eating at restaurants. When you’re new to a gluten free diet, you may be overwhelmed with everything, so make sure to find help from others.

IBS or Something More?

If you’re suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome, you should really look into what specific conditions could be at its source. Unfortunately these days, labeling something IBS is often just a catch-all when your doctor can’t figure out what’s really going on.
