Simplifying Envelopes

Most people don’t know that they can use the computer, printer and Microsoft office to address all of their envelopes for them. This is one of the best things that you can use Microsoft office for, at least in my opinion. I actually have a very strong love of mail merge and I am always trying to think of more ways to utilize this powerful feature. For those of you who don’t know, that is the name of this process. Basically you make a list of all of your guests information in Microsoft Excel. The next thing you do is cycle this all through a template you set of in Microsoft Word.
