Jewelry at the School Garage Sale

Every year my school has a community garage sale. It’s a lot of fun. We can all look at each other’s old stuff. We do this sale to raise money for the school. It’s also a really great opportunity to get rid of a bunch of junk. Of course it probably doesn’t really help, because we end up buying other people’s junk. My favorite type of “junk” is costume jewelry. Most people don’t realize how popular this is these days. They just pass it up and don’t look at it closely. Really all it is is the context it is in. I can usually get a whole lot of it really cheap. It’s definitely not the same kind of prices we pay at the store. I look forward to the garage sale every year, and I hope to find some great stuff this year.
